"Our first and main goal is for the student to obtain a higher education at an economic cost for families who wish to send their children or for the working class of this country. We have different educational programs in accordance with the different necessities of the local community. We have English as a Second Language (ESL) program, for those students whose English is not their native language, and desire to enter in our different university careers. We also count on the future approval of the TOEFL program for the certification and approval of the English language for the future graduates of professional careers.

VIU shares its enthusiasm of the new proposals of change that each day, in a educative matter manage to form a better educational institution and a better academic formation for its students. We are not far from an economic reality of the lack of better opportunities, the realization of this fundraising event is a great economic contribution that we are extremely thankful for with our sponsors, declared the university's president, Dr. Isa Sarac for La NacionUSA.

Winter declared for ours newspaper that "The central message of the new world environment is to stimulate something that of a reaction or the change agent factor that signifies a positive change and prosperity for our community in Fairfax, Virginia. It fits to emphasize that we were honored with the presence of the Ambassador of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, Baktybek D. Abdrisaev, and he commented on the importance of the educational relationship that his country and the university maintain. Even though this situation is temporary and that in a short time we will once again have a major representation of students from the Republic of Kyrgyzstan.
