Virginia International University announces five new scholarships

Virginia International University (VIU), 3957 Pender Drive in Fairfax, recently announced that five new minority student scholarships are now available at the university. With a student body representing 37 countries from around the world, VIU is offering these new scholarships to minority students from the Northern Virginia area.

Successful candidates awarded an undergraduate scholarship will receive $1,450 or half a semester's tuition, while graduate students can receive up to $1,850 toward payment of one year's worth of tuition. VIU offers undergraduate programs in business administration and computer science, with graduate programs leading to a master's in business administration or management information systems.
