Club Description:  The Computer Programs Department introduces a new Student Club. The purpose of this club is to connect students, from VIU, to the outside world and to the job market.  This provides an opportunity for our students to better and further understand the potential and future of computer science and information technology in different businesses. 
The club will officially commence its functions and duties in the Fall of 2008.

VIU Soccer Team
Team Name:  The Buccaneers
Captain:  Luis Carlos Torres
Coaches-Captain:  Hava Sehic, Jerome Junior sean Mendouga
VIU’s Soccer Team, The Buccaneers, is registered in the Loudoun County’s Coed League for the 2008 season.  The team practices regularly two mornings a week before classes.

VIU Model of United Nations (VIU/MUN)

The MUN Club engages in an authentic simulation of the United Nations system by learning about the UN system, the skills of debate, compromise, conflict resolution and negotiation.  MUN team members have fun learning about the workings of world diplomacy through the lens of current events.

Nepalese Student Association (NSA)

Nepalese Student Association was established in 2007 for the purpose of connecting to uplift the cultural, social and educational life of students from Nepal.  NSA is committed to working to bring about better understanding of Nepal and promote peace and harmony in the university.  All of the VIU students are welcome to join NSA.

VIU Creative Arts Club

The VIU Creative Arts Club provides students, with an interest in the creative process, an opportunity to bring their ideas and their own creative work to share and develop through projects (printmaking, water coloring, knitting, jewelry making, etc.), on campus exhibits, and professional guest artists.
