During the fall and spring semesters, all full-time students must take 20 hours of ESL classes per week. These 20 hours are divided among four morning courses and two afternoon courses.
MORNING COURSES:
At the elementary, intermediate, and advanced level, students take all of following morning courses:
- Academic Reading & Writing
- Academic Speaking & Listening
- Pronunciation
- Grammar
At the college preparatory level, students take all of the following morning courses:
- Academic Reading & Writing
- Academic Speaking & Listening
- TOEFL Preparation
- College Preparation Skills
AFTERNOON COURSES:
Afternoon course offerings vary each semester; selections may include Business English, Vocabulary, Fluency Through Video, American Culture, Current Events, American History, etc.
