Cassandra Yunus, MS Cassandra Yunus is an adjunct professor, teaching Calculus I and Applied Business Math. She earned her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at Columbia University in New York, and her Master of Engineering degree at the University Maryland. She has worked in the petroleum industry for over 6 years, with ExxonMobil, one of the largest and most profitable companies in the world.
She is originally from New York City, but moved to Fairfax, Virginia in 2000 due to the merger of Exxon and Mobil. Cassandra currently lives in Clinton, Maryland with her husband and two children.
