Jennifer Stawasz
Jennifer Stawasz is an ESL Instructor and Career Counselor at Virginia International University. Jennifer is a native of New York State. She holds a Masters of Arts in International Economics from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, a Masters of Science in International Food Policy from the Friedman School of Nutrition at Tufts University, a Bachelors of Arts in French Literature from Dartmouth College, and a certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from George Mason University. Prior to joining the VIU faculty, Jennifer worked many years as an Economist with the Foreign Agricultural Service, United States Department of Agriculture. Through her work with the U.S. government and in the private sector, as well as her studies, Jennifer has lived and worked in countries throughout Asia and Europe. Jennifer lives in Oakton, VA with her husband and two sons.
