Kirvin Hodge, M.S., is Vice President and Cofounder of Cell Immune Sciences, Inc. and has over 15 years experience in vivo pharmacology, drug discovery, and R & D. Currently he is an Adjunct Professor of Biology at Northern Virginia Community College and VIU. Previously, he was employed as a Scientist in the Department of Drug Discovery and Pharmacology by Wellstat Therapeutics Corporation in Gaithersburg, MD. During his tenure, he spearheaded the development of many research programs including inflammation, metabolic and mitochondrial diseases or disorders, and oncology. He received his M.S. degree in Biology from Texas Southern University and researched his Masters thesis at the University of Houston’s Department of Pharmacology – Center for Cardiovascular Research, and the B.S. degree in Biology from the University of Houston. Mr. Hodge also completed post-graduate training as a hypertension research trainee at the National Institutes of Health’s National Blood, Lung & Heart Center, and as behavioral and reproductive toxicology research trainee at the Food and Drug Administration’s National Center for Toxicological Research in Developmental & Reproductive Toxicology and in Scientific Management.
