Isa Sarac, PhD

Dr. Isa Sarac has been the President of Virginia International University since 1998. He has been involved in Higher Education and teaching more than 25 years, in Turkey, United Kingdom, and United States.

Dr. Sarac's career began in Turkey; Ege University and Uludag University consecutively. He relocated to London, U.K. to become the Principal of London Meridian College and lectured in Mathematics, Statistical Methods, Business Calculus, and Multivariate Statistical Methods, from 1990 to 1997. At the same time, he was the Education Consultant and made research on Multivariate Statistical Methods in the Mathematics Department of University of Warwick, Coventry, U.K.

Dr. Sarac has a B.S. in Mathematics and a M.S. in Statistic and Computing from Ege University, Izmir, Turkey. He also has a Ph.D. in Econometrics from Dokuz Eylul University, Izmir, Turkey. He has several books and articles published on Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics.
