Accommodations

Students will be hosted at a hotel located within walking distance of the school. Hotel rooms will be shared by 2 to 3 students, and all rooms are furnished, air-conditioned, and have a TV and wireless Internet free of charge. The hotel will provide daily laundry service, and students can enjoy the well equipped fitness center, an indoor pool, or they can enjoy a game of tennis at the courts adjacent to the hotel.

Food Service

Students will be provided a continental breakfast by the hotel. The University will provide two well-balanced meals-lunch and dinner.

Health Insurance

It is the student's responsibility to obtain health insurance. The cost of health care in the USA is very high. Therefore, we strongly suggest that every individual participant buy health insurance. Good health insurance may be purchased at an additional cost at VIU.
