Federal Financial Aid
Federal financial aid is granted from the U.S. Department of Education, which helps eligible students pay for higher education expenses. It is used to cover expenses such as tuition, fees, room and board, books, school supplies, and transportation. It can include the Federal Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG), Federal Work Study Program, and Federal Direct Loans. - Federal Grants: Federal Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG, Available in 2017-2018), and Iraq and Afghanistan Service Grants
- Federal Direct Loans: Subsidized Direct Loan, Unsubsidized Direct Loan, Direct PLUS Loan, and Direct Parent PLUS Loan
