Microsoft Office is a package of office productivity software used to produce documents, presentations, worksheets, databases, charts, graphs, digital paintings, etc.  Individuals whose daily job involves processing information, known as “knowledge workers,” can benefit from office productivity software training.  MS Office is widely used by students, administrative professionals, data analysts, doctors, engineers, financial analysts, human resources specialists, and more.

    • Creating and Editing Workbooks
    • Working with Formulas and Functions
    • Creating and Editing Charts
    • Formatting, Organizing, and Getting Data
    • Data Analysis (What-if-Analysis and Goal Seek)
  • Module 3: Presentation (MS PowerPoint)
    • Creating and Editing Presentations
    • Illustrating Slides with Pictures and Information Graphics
    • Preparing for Delivery and Using a Slide Presentation
  • Module 4: Database (MS Access; Introduction and Intermediate)
    • Creating a Database and Tables
    • Using Design View, Data Validation, and Relationships
