Erasmus McEady, Ph.D.
Dr. Erasmus W. McEady lives in Fayetteville, NC with his wife. He works as a Business Development Manager, Joint Logistics Managers, Inc., Prince George, VA from his Home Office Fayetteville, NC. In addition to teaching at Webster University, School of Business and Technology Graduate Programs as Full Professor/Mentor. UNCFSU Adjunct Associate Professor, School of Business and Economics MBA program. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics/Business Administration from Chapman University, A Master of Arts (dual) in Computer Resources and Information Management and Security Management from Webster University, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Organization and Management and Information Technology Management from Capella University. He wrote his dissertation on “Correlating factors of the manager’s decision to use Virtual Private Networks.” Dr. McEady is a member of the Project Management Institute, Council of Logistics Engineering Professional member, International WHO’S WHO of Information Technology inductee, Board of Directors, The Omegas of MSPU Foundation, Inc., Finance Officer, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Tau Gamma Gamma Chapter, Chairman of Trustee Board Leach Springs Missionary Baptist Church. He served 26-years in the US Army with a successful track record in logistics, logistics automation and supply chain management, and several years in the corporate environment as Engineer, Associate Systems Engineer, Project Leader/Senior communication Engineer, and Corporate Program Manager of Logistics Contracts. Dr. McEady’s teaching philosophy is one of being an encourager and coach in the attempt to bring the student to an understanding of how combining the academic side of learning with life experiences can and will lead to a better understanding of the course material.
