Jeffrey Manuel, Ed.D
Dr. Jeffrey Manuel, Jr. is an adjunct professor for the School of Education. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Howard University, a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from The Ohio State University, and an Education Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Howard University. Dr. Manuel retired from Fairfax County Public Schools. During his tenure there, he worked as an elementary and middle school teacher and served as a middle school administrator for 13 years. His research is centered around the propagation of school choice, specifically charter schools, and its impact on traditional school settings.
