Nabil Al-Ethari, Ph.D.
I received my MSC. in International Negotiation Management from University of Baghdad (2001) and my Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Mustanisirya (2008). I spent 15+ years as a director and adviser in Private Sector Development and Regulatory Reforms in MENA countries. I have been serving as Chairman for Development Iraq Org. since September 2003. I worked as a faculty member at many Universities in Iraq with appointments in Strategic Management, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Management Information Systems, International Development, and Business Administration, then moved to Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) as a Program manager in 2006. I’ve directed and managed many International Development projects in Middle East funded by USAID, State of Department, AUS-AID, USIP, RWI, WJP, ICRS, UN-FAO, UNESCO, UNDP, UNOPS, UNFPA, UN-ESCWA, ILO & many other international organizations.
