Osman Masahudu, DBA
Dr. Osman Masahudu is an adjunct faculty of the School of Business at Virginia International University. He holds a Doctorate of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Argosy University and a Master’s in International Commerce & Policy from George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia. Dr. Masahudu is also a lead faculty at the Colorado State University – Global Campus, a state-related online public university within the Colorado State University System. Dr. Masahudu has an extensive knowledge in public finance and accounting. As a federal employee, Dr. Masahudu has written and published several financial management handbooks and manuals for the United States Department of Agriculture – Forest Service. His expertise is in international finance, financial statement reporting and analysis, auditing, coaching, organizational development and leadership.
Dr. Masahudu has published several articles in scholarly journals; his most recent article appeared in the Journal of American Academy of Business, Cambridge, titled “Building the leadership bench: an empirical assessment of the relationship between retirement and internal job promotion within the federal and private sector organizations.” (March, 2017).
In his free time, Dr. Masahudu is an avid soccer fan and spends time with his family and playing soccer.
