Randolph Adams, PhD

Dr. Randy Adams began his career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural community development in the Dominican Republic in 1966. He retired in July 2011 from his most recent position as Chief of the Evaluation Unit in the Office of Overseas Program and Training Support (OPATS) for the Peace Corps where he advised field staff in over 70 countries on monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of development projects.

Dr. Adams holds a BS in Physics from Case Institute of Technology, an MA in Sociology with a concentration in evaluation research from the Catholic University of America, and a PhD in Sociology with a concentration in social change from the Catholic University of America.
