Sean Ulbert, MA
Sean Ulbert attended the University of California in San Diego, California. He studied music and humanities and minored in computing in the arts. After graduating, he earned his Master of Arts in English at National University in La Jolla, California. Sean began his work in education in college, tutoring for the AVID program, a college readiness system for elementary through higher education that is designed to increase school-wide learning and performance. After college, Sean taught various high school courses while earning his master’s degree, including courses in graphic design, photography, and digital art. He also worked as a supervising teacher for one of the nation’s leading networks of online public high schools. After earning his MA, Sean went on to teach college courses in the areas of philosophy, music, and English. HE also worked as a college student advocate, providing proactive student academic counseling.
